The information on this site is provided free of charge and intended as a source of reliable education on nutrition.
I believe that everyone should be able to access no-nonsense nutrition information and anyone wanting to try to be healthier should be able find information that they can rely on without money being a barrier.
The guides on this site are all based around evidence backed nutrition information.
Once the guides are finished, I often check if there are any appropriate ‘affiliate links’ to related products which might be of interest to you.
What are affiliate links?
They look and work in the same way as normal links, but when they are clicked on, the link is tracked and may generate a small payment to me for the referral via this site. This payment is made by the company who own the site to the link that you click on and no payment is made by you.
Payment’s could be per click, per user, per purchase or any combination.
I will always mark where we are using an affiliate link to let you know by including an * after each link.
This site only uses affiliate links that are relevant to the information provided on the site you won’t find any links directing you to purchase diet pills, detox drinks or faddy fixes which fundamentally go against our principles and ethos.
I want to be really clear about which links contribute to the funding and growth of this site and which don’t, so you can make your own decision.
Why use affiliate links?
I hope that you will choose the links with the * that help pay to the resource this site and to keep the guides flowing and free.
In other words, if there’s a link to a site with a * next to it, you’ll go through directly and this site may receive some money from the company who own that site. If the link doesn’t have an * you’ll go through directly and this site won’t make money. That’s the only difference.
