My articles are science backed aiming to cut through some of the myths and biased, confusing information that flood the internet. My recipes are quick, easy and affordable using ingredients from supermarkets and convenience shops and are perfect for busy people.
I studied to qualify as a Nutritionist back in 2016 whilst I was pregnant with my eldest daughter and working full time as a Lawyer. During that same year I also completing my level 2 and level 3 diploma to qualify as a personal trainer.
I’m passionate about helping people find a healthy balance with their nutrition, eating the foods that they enjoy.
